As we have no front desk reception we are strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
The workshop will be open to the public for drop off and pick up strictly on SATURDAYS ONLY, between 9am and 2pm with an appointment. No exceptions will be made to attend outside of these timings.
Dealers may attend on weekdays, with an appointment.

What to bring to your appointment:
– Firearms Licence
– Driver’s Licence (or other government issued documentation with your address)
– Evidence of firearm registration (Form 10 / PTA / Weapons List from WLB)
– Interstate Transfer form, if applicable. Please ask your Dealer to include the paperwork in the box with the firearm
– Ammunition (if requesting a live fire test)
We ask that you abide by the following:
– Remove all accoutrements or attachments (such as slings, bipods, cheek pads etc)
– As per legislation, all firearms must be concealed in a bag when in public, this includes the carpark
– Take your case/bag with you, and remember to bring it back on pickup.
– Invoices are to be paid in full PRIOR to pickup
– Please notify us if you are running late or need to cancel your appointment
FAQ
– Can I bring in a family member or friend’s gun? No, the registered owner must be available for drop off and pick up
– Can I pay cash? Yes, but it will still be the full invoiced amount
– Can I pay with EFTPOS? No, we do not have the ability for EFTPOS
